Matt Muench, CFP®

Matt joined Bassett, Dawson & Foy Inc. in 2022.

He graduated from the University of Delaware Alfred I. Lerner College of Business & Economics in 2017 with Bachelor's degrees in Financial Planning and Economics. After graduating, he began his financial planning career with CapTrust Financial Advisors, who he had interned with the summer prior. In 2019, he began working for Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management after they acquired CapTrust.

Matt grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and attended Cherry Hill East High School where he played soccer, swimming, and baseball for all 4 years - captaining the soccer team in his senior season.

Matt completed his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2019.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and CFP® in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.

In his free time, Matt enjoys playing soccer, skiing, going to concerts, and spending time with his family & friends.
