Ray Foy

Ray retired from active ministry as a Lutheran Pastor after 35 years of service in 2006.  He has been working part-time for BDF since 2012. Ray’s primary responsibility is updating client reports for Brad Foy - Wealth Manager.  Ray also performs additional administrative tasks for BDF as needed.
